Our Story

A little shop with a big heart, right here in Spearman

El Arcoíris — The Rainbow — was born from a simple belief: that the best treats are the ones made by hand, with ingredients you can actually pronounce. We opened our doors on Texas Highway 207 because our community deserved a place that feels like coming home.

Every paleta is poured, every batch of yogurt is churned, and every flavor is chosen with the same care we'd use for our own family. We source local fruit whenever the season allows, and we never, ever cut corners. That's the Rainbow promise.
